The vigil has come and gone. We are grateful for the support we received that night. Kelli was there with us you could feel her energy. We are working on planning a small scale search if we can get enough people interested and willing to help.

Kelli’s daughter will be celebrating her birthday soon and we are putting together a box of gifts to drop off to her so she has some love and light on her thirteenth birthday. The petition reached 1050 digital  signatures and about 400 written signatures and is on it’s way to Kirsten Gilibrand  NY State Senate. Again we thank everyone for the support.

Kelli’s 40 th birthday is December 16, 2012 we were also thinking of pulling together and doing a pot luck dinner and cake to celebrate and to come together for her before the holidays.

There is still a reward for 1000$ floating around if you have information that will lead us to Kellisue you could be 1000$ wealthier !

Vigil this Sunday September 30, 2012

Meet at Rite Aid  Market St. Amsterdam, NY 9:45pm-( time Kelli left work 4 years ago).

We will sit in our cars for 10 minutes before exiting parking lot @ 9:55pm (Kellisue sat in her car for 10 minutes alone).

We will make the drive back to Frog Hollow, West Montgomery in Johnstown, NY the site where Kelli’s car was found burning.

There will be a short candle lit vigil and a prayer.

We are also encouraging everyone to place a purple ribbon on your car or home in honor of Kellisue and domestic violence awareness.

Anonymous Donor Offers Reward

 

An anonymous donor has offered a reward of $1000 for an exact location of Kellisue Ackernecht. The reward will be issued to the tipster after an official identification has been made by DNA or by producing a live and well Kellisue.

To provide a tip you can use the anonymous tip line and put your contact information so we can make the connection. An email can also be sent to Kalley4@hotmail.com. Facebook can be utilized to also send in a tip.

We will hold a vigil for Kellisue to remember that she vanished 4 years ago leaving more questions than answers.

The vigil will begin at Rite Aid on Market St. in the City of Amsterdam NY on Sunday September 30, 2012  beginning at 9:30pm. We will then enter our vehicles at 9:45pm till 9:55pm. The night Kelli vanished she sat in her car for 10 minutes before leaving the parking lot.

We will then all make the drive to West Montgomery Street “Frog Hollow”  where we will hold a candlelight vigil and prayer.

Please join us either in Amsterdam or Johnstown, or both. To show Kelli’s family and friends the support from the community is still there.  The past few months awareness about Kelli and her case is spreading rapidly we hope this shows the night of her vigil.

The last vigils have been only family and a couple friends, very disheartening we hope the night of September 30 will be a great experience filled with love and light.

Faith, Love, and Hope remains our motto we have not given up on you Kellisue.

Attention Kelli’s Co-Workers

I challenge any of you that knew and worked with Kellisue before she went missing to send a message and give us some insight on her work life. We realize most do not want to be involved and choose to remain quiet. September 30, marks 4 years. After 4 years its okay to come forward. We want to know the good, the bad and the ugly. Feel free to use the anonymous tip link, Facebook, or send an email to findkellisue@usa.com. There are so many misconceptions and assumptions. The facts and truths would be wonderful to have. This information could lead to finding Kelli so that our community can put one mystery to rest.

Days Upon Days

We have been back to the beginning, the scene of the car fire, Rite Aid in Amsterdam and through the woods and over the hills looking for Kellisue.  What we have uncovered during this journey is accounts of Kelli’s life from other people. Stories how her high school life was hard. Stories of domestic violence, affairs,  financial woes. We have also heard stories of Kelli’s laugh,her love for her child, and her dedication to working hard. We have seen the graduation video, and a few snap shots of her life.  We know she has people in this world who miss her and that would go to the ends of the Earth for her. We have a police force who feels her life was so bad she could not take it anymore ; so she just took off.  Everyone has their own theory and their own ideas. We keep our minds open to any and all possibilities.

The search will continue, our hopes will remain high ! We will find out what happened to you Kellisue.

Kellisue has brown eyes, auburn hair, she is very tall, thin, fair skinned, has distinctive teeth, and glasses.

Was Kelli all alone at Rite Aid that night?

How was she?

How was she during her shift?

How was she the week before?

Can’t anyone come forward and speak?

Kellisue gone… Vanished…

How does this happen and why?

We are supposed to live in a safe place.

Where bad things shouldn’t  happen and people shouldn’t  disappear !

Why isn’t the community shocked? A young mom is missing.
